Back from the Enneagram course, which was really worthwhile as usual, but I’m too tired to write about it. Probably won’t write about it as it’s too complicated to sum up. I suppose roughly it was looking at our defence mechanisms, and how they give us strokes. That’s not quite right but it’ll do.

A new week begins tomorrow. I love new things. Hope to do some more gardening.
