No, I don’t believe that I have known John is coming home soon and I haven’t posted it. But he is - on Monday week. (27th October) I can’t get excited now, as I’ve known for nearly a week, but obviously I am over the moon. We both are. (Obviously again!) I don’t know how he has managed to stay in bed for so long (it will be eleven weeks before he leaves) and not gone mad.

Anyway, now I have started blogging again I will keep it up. I must put up some photos, as I’m behind with them.

I’m home at the moment and did loads of gardening today. Pruned some roses, weeded three of the square foot gardening veg. bits. I haven’t had one tomato from six plants this year. They went from green to mush. The onions are still tiny (although I haven’t examined many). Lovely potatoes and quite a few little peppers, but the green beans got nowhere either. Slugs got them I suppose. Anyway, I’m keen again, and have planted some crocuses and narcissi.
